I have no butt!

I have never had a derriere to call my own but by dropping a few pounds I have discovered a new facet of “no curve at all”. *pout*

What kinds of work-outs, exercises are the best to get a curvy backside? I started doing lunges, wide squats and kickbacks. Any advice? Thanks!
 
Are kickbacks the one where your on your elbows and knees and then you push one leg up and back? If not...those are great for the butt area. :)

Oh my goodness!! I can't believe I didn't reply to this. *blush* I'm so sorry. And yes! Those are kickbacks and they tear me up - it's great.

Since that post I have learned a bit more about targeting my derriere, hips and thighs while working out and it is boosting me enough for hoping. My fiance says I do in fact have a derriere but my being overweight makes it not very apparent. :p

I will keep working on that.....
 
I also suffer from no-ass-at-all disease! ROTFL These ideas are great, I'll be adding kickbacks to my routine!! Thanks!
