I have Moobs :(

Is a very good way to reduce them?
Or is there something else I should try, I want to do it within this month hopefully as I am going on holiday. Would you add anything?

I was thinking for the cardio maybe rowing as this will work the chest area, not too sure though?

Im not sure but wouldnt working onthe muscles in that area help support the excess fat making them loom smaller?

I think that the article has some good advice, if you stick with what it says, you should see results over time.

As for the rowing, it's a good form of cardio, just be aware that it works your back, not your chest :)

Hi there, I am a fitness prof and helped many men get rid of their 'Moobs'.

This article is ok but not great.

This is what I recommend......

Exercise - High Intensity Interval Training. Basically working very hard for short periods of time. This will help you shred that stubborn chest fat and help build up your already low testosterone levels. For example:

Press Ups 20 secs
Rest 10 Secs
Squats 20 secs
Rest 10 secs

Repeat this circuit for a total of 4 rounds.

This can work for a number of exercises if not all. Just make sure you mix the exercises up and you always switch between upper and lower body. Just doing exercises that focus on the chest muscles is not going to work. They will help increase its strength and stamina and reduce fat a little, but will not work for long term gain.

Stay away from the cardio. This is not the best form of exercise to reduce stubborn chest fat, and it can be long and boring and actually detrimental to what you are trying to achieve. If you are going to do it, stay with what the article said but decrease the time dramtically so you can put more work into it.

i.e Jog for 1 min / Sprint for 30 secs x 6

Good Nutrition - Eat more dark green veg such as broccoli, watercress, brussel sprouts, cabbage becasue these contain a substance that helps decrease estrogen levels. Have protein at every meal, steak twice per week to help increase testosterone levels as well as nuts and seeds. Try to buy your food as organic as you can.

Stay away from alcohol, wheat, processed foods, sugar and dairy (you can have eggs and live plain yoghurt and organic butter)

Supplementation - look for a broccoli extract to help lower estrogen levels, take a Zinc supplement in a chelated form (much more absorbable b us) as this helps the production of testosterone in the body.

Hope this helps

Good Luck

Jon
