I always said I wouldn't be one of those girls who got into a serious relationship and gained all kinds of weight buttttttt.... I sure did. My fiance and I have been together 18 months and I've gained about 30 pounds. I am 5'11" and 208 pounds. I'm using my wedding as my motivation to get atleast 40 pounds off! Problem is... we're getting married in a little less then 4 months... Is that even doable? March 30, 2012 is the big day! I would be happy with losing any amt of weight but 40 lbs is ideal.
Anyways, I was talking to my best friends boyfriend who recently lost 120 lbs and he said that having a food diary on a weight loss forum is a HUGE help... he said there was nothing that kept him motivated like it. So I'm giving it a try!
December 5th, 2011
Breakfast: Coffee with fat free milk and a banana.
Lunch: 1/2 italian sub (365 calories) and salad with fat free dressing.
Dinner: Small pork chop and boiled squash (yummmm!)
It was rainy outside and I don't have a gym membership so I am going to try to just do some excercises in the living room with my 8lb weights and resistance band... Any suggestions for the resistance band for my shoulders (specifically the armpit fat that hangs over a wedding gown) ? Thanks!
-Ella
Ps. I know a wedding shouldn't be a reason to starve yourself and change yourself, but its definitely motivation for something I've wanted to do for about a year!
