I have a question!!!

Since I been working out and eating healthy I find myself going to the restroom a lot. Like after every meal i have to. Is this normal??
 
I drink a lot of water and eat about 5 times a day small portion, and eating more fibers,whole grain breads etc. Is this a good thing?
 
I'm the same way, man. I eat a lot of whole grains (fiber), veggies, fruits and at least 10-12c of water a day. I think I spend more than half of my day "dropping a load" here and there. haha! (jk) Look at it as a free colon cleanse. A lot of people do a #2 only once a day, which IMO is freakin' amazing. haha Good luck with your weight loss.

LMAO Me too that is funny.... Well I guess it's a good thing and all the bad stuff is coming out. But my question is, Is that what happend to other people that changed to eating more healthier?
 
ur metabolism is processing the foods faster and making them into nutrients faster soo its exiting more often..

just means ur bodys working well
