Height: 5'7"
Weight: Around 120
Age: 19
Metabolism: Very, very fast
Diet: Oatmeal for breakfast. Deli sandwiches for lunch (with chips and stuff). Anything, usually, for dinner (ranging from Chef Boyardee cans to hot pockets).
I have always been very tone built. I used to walk to school everyday from kindergarten till my senior year of high school. I was never under weight or over weight. I have taken weight training classes before. It was an hour class. Usually people spent 10 minutes running laps, 30 minutes weight lifting, and 30 minutes spotting for someone. I couldn't gain any muscles. I noticed I could lift more. When I started I could max the bar with bench press. I know that is VERY sad. When the class ended I could lift around 110. My current part-time job has allowed me to build up some strength. However, the muscles never seem to show. I realistically want larger muscles for the looks.
I just bought a speedbag today. I am going to mount it in my garage.
With my diet, my bodies way of metabolizing food, etc, what would be a good routine?
