I hate my flab!

Im new here and wanted to introduce myself. Im Ashley, 27 years of age, and have four kiddos, my youngest turning 5 months on the 21rst. Anyhow, About two months ago I joined the YMCA and have been taking Body Pump and spin with a few other classes here and there as I can squeeze them in. All classes stopped for two weeks during Xmas, which sucked because I didn't really do much in that time but walk and do some of the weight machines.. Anyhow, even though there was that break, I managed to lose 20 lbs... 1 1/2 inches off my waist and 1" off my thighs. Id really like to lose another 10 to 15 come April, so I can look decent in a swimsuit for my "girls weekend out" with my friends. I am just under 5'10 and I am now weighing in at 167 lbs. I really want to lose all my weight in my mid region... but I guess I can continue this in another thread and in a different category. :)
I hope to meet new people here, make a few friends and learn a few things as well.

Welcome to the forums. Congratulations on your success so far! The last few pounds can be more difficult, but with all of the information available here, the support that will yours for the taking and the motivation you've already demonstrated, I have no doubt you'll succeed.

Be sure to read up on the basics (located in the stickies) and ask about anything you're at all unsure of. I wish you all the best. :)

Your idea of posting your particular concerns and goals " in another thread and in a different category " is a good one ( you'll tend to get more ' specific ' replies that way IMO ).
