Im new here and wanted to introduce myself. Im Ashley, 27 years of age, and have four kiddos, my youngest turning 5 months on the 21rst. Anyhow, About two months ago I joined the YMCA and have been taking Body Pump and spin with a few other classes here and there as I can squeeze them in. All classes stopped for two weeks during Xmas, which sucked because I didn't really do much in that time but walk and do some of the weight machines.. Anyhow, even though there was that break, I managed to lose 20 lbs... 1 1/2 inches off my waist and 1" off my thighs. Id really like to lose another 10 to 15 come April, so I can look decent in a swimsuit for my "girls weekend out" with my friends. I am just under 5'10 and I am now weighing in at 167 lbs. I really want to lose all my weight in my mid region... but I guess I can continue this in another thread and in a different category.
