I think I need to stay away from the scales.
I weighed myself this morning and seem to weigh about 1.8lbs more than I did yesterday morning. That seems rather a lot to me. Of course there is no way this is weight gained in fat - simply not possible on 1500 caloies a day!
I'll have to weight myself once a week only. My diet and routine can only result in me losing weight rather than magically putting it on, so Im not going to fuss about it, but 1.8lbs in a day seems rather a lot
