I hate it when this happens

I think I need to stay away from the scales.

I weighed myself this morning and seem to weigh about 1.8lbs more than I did yesterday morning. That seems rather a lot to me. Of course there is no way this is weight gained in fat - simply not possible on 1500 caloies a day!

I'll have to weight myself once a week only. My diet and routine can only result in me losing weight rather than magically putting it on, so Im not going to fuss about it, but 1.8lbs in a day seems rather a lot

TMI question, but have you gone to the bathroom since you ate yesterday? If your breakfast lunch and supper are still 'in you' so to speak, it will up your weight a little. :D

I get into the same fustrating trap all the time. Our bodies fluctuate so much from day to day and throughout the day. Sodium intake, carb intake, water intake all play a role in the fluctuation.

The main thing is that you understand that this is not 1.8 pounds of fat from yesterday and you can move on. Unfortunately some obsess over this and it really hinders their progress and mostly their health.

Don't worry about. Your weight will flucutate so much day to day. For the best results, weight yourself once a week. On the same day and same time. I do mine every Monday at 6am, after I pee and with no clothes.

I do weigh myself every day, but I could Monday as the official day. This is when I change my ticker. But some people can't handle seeing the weight fluctuate day to day, so if it bugs you, only weigh once per week.
