I've only been on this program for about 2 weeks and i find myself almost searching for something that i can eat that wont effect my majorly calorie controlled diet that i am on.
The rules are we HAVE to drink 4litres of water minimum and ONLY eat what we are given.. 3 things a day. Now thats all very well.. but i want to physically eat something.
The shakes, soups and bars fill me up once i have had them.. but then i still feel peckish.. Id even munch on a bowl full of rice. I keep looking at products in shops (when i actually dare walk in) and look at the products.. assesing how many calories are in the food and thinking if i could 'get away' with it...
I know what my problem is.. i love to snack.. Snacking helps me going throughout the day. I know now that i was snacking on completely the wrong thing but i HAVE to eat something! Its emotionaly draining.. not being able to have what i want.
Not even a peice of celery.. Agh!
There has to be something that i can get away with.. that wont effect my weight loss.. Id even munch on a raw carrot right now.. I have to find something that i can eat which wouldnt be seen as cheating.
