True, but it's not advice that really helps...it's like saying 'I get headaches at midnight', and the advice is to go to sleep at 10 pm....*lol*...besides, doesn't really matter when he eats, but what he eats, so what does it matter when he goes to bed? He's old enough to decide himself I'd say.
But yeah, I agree. It's advice nonetheless.

You're right though...he is old enough to decide when to go to bed, but he's making the wrong choice. He's staying up late enough to where he gets hungry again, causing him to eat more, which will ultimately make him gain weight and not lose it. Personally, I think that he should be choosing to do the helpful thing (for his health) and go to bed earlier.
