I get hungry alot at MidNight.. Advice please!

True, but it's not advice that really helps...it's like saying 'I get headaches at midnight', and the advice is to go to sleep at 10 pm....*lol*...besides, doesn't really matter when he eats, but what he eats, so what does it matter when he goes to bed? He's old enough to decide himself I'd say.

But yeah, I agree. It's advice nonetheless.

You're right though...he is old enough to decide when to go to bed, but he's making the wrong choice. He's staying up late enough to where he gets hungry again, causing him to eat more, which will ultimately make him gain weight and not lose it. Personally, I think that he should be choosing to do the helpful thing (for his health) and go to bed earlier.
 
Somehow sleeping earlier is " Healthier ", as sleeping morning time isnt any good..but yet i cant sleep early, id sleep 12~ PM..and wake up 5:30 AM.

if going to sleep early for you is 12, then that's before you get hungry again and get that fast food craving, which would be good to be asleep before then. then if you get up at 5:30, which is early, you could always go to the gym or for a walk/run to kill time before you start your day. excercising in the morning gives me a lot more energy throughout the day, rather than waiting until after school or work to exercise.
 
I actually Tried it once, Exercise in the morning.

It was really pretty good, but when i wake up..i HARDLY wake up(i have no choice) so when i plan to exercise, i wake up and slack :/

It feels like having to potential energy at all to be spent >.<
 
You should put yourself on a very clear routine.

also, a great tip for me was that a food craving usually lasts about 20 minutes. If you can get through it by busying yourself with something else it usually goes away.
 
I usually stay up until midnight myself. I have been eating 3 meals a day with 2 snack times during the day. Being a college student with a weird schedule doesn't help, but I make it work for me. I usually have a late night snack of either some cubes of cheese or a fruit or a veggie in order to fight the hunger pangs. Oh, and I drink lots and lots of water to keep me hydrated and "full".
 
Im starting to eat some High fiber biscuits to keep me full.. seems to work, not only keeps me full.. but helps getting rid of the wastes :p.

Btw is drinking water while eating makes u fatter? i hear so..but confused.

Plus, fiber makes you poop. So...yeah. That's like a neat little surprise.
