Hey, I'm Molly and I'm 15 years old. Today wasn't that great because I got on the scale the first time since November and it read 135, 7 more lbs than back then. I have been eating healthy and I do track, but I don't know how I gained the weight. I can tell I didn't gain muscle because I still have the same fat on me and can tell I didn't lose any.
I'm thinking of buying free weights, but can I actually do alot with just free weights?
I also do 650 crunches a day to try to burn the fat.
My goal is to lose 20 lbs by August, or better by this summer.
My problem I think is exercise. I don't do alot, only track mostly. Do you think that if I get exercise really going I'll see more results? I would do low/long intensity workouts on the stationary bike, and high/long intensity workouts jogging outside. I'd also do stuff with free-weights.
I'm thinking of eating Special K cereal and Slimfasts shakes. What do you think of those?
Well, hopefully I can shed those winter lbs by this summer!
