I Finally waked up but I need a help PLEASE !!!

Hello guys ,

I'm very happy because I found this website by chance and I loved your enthusiasm and how you share your goals together, So I decided to do somthing about my weight to fix my life and to get back again after insulating myself of the life ! Finally I started exercising and eating the healthy food this is my 2nd week ! I lost 2 KG and I'm SO proud of myself .:hurray:

But have many questions ...

1- I am sweating a lot during the exercises and I take a bathe everyday but my mum said " you will lose your hair if you take a shower everyday ! " so is this true ? ah !! I can't stand my self if I didn't clean my hair so what should
I do ?

2- I'm practicing everyday for 1 hour on the treadmill the speed is 5.0 and I change it up to 5.5 or 7.5 every 10 min and when I get tired I return it back to 5.0 .. so I'm burning 370-400 calories I also do 30 push up , 60 set up and climbing the stairs for 5 times or 10 .

I eat 1 egg with brown bread + chocolate milk " 85 calories only " for the breakfast and salad with grilled chicken or any thing gives me the protein + 1 glass of water for my lunch . 1 tuna with brown bread + chocolate milk " 85 calories only " for my dinner which is before 8:00 PM .

and of course a lot of water !!

my current weight is : 81 KG
my hight is : 165
I'm 20 years old
I'm practicing everyday
my goal to be 60 KG

so is my plan correct ?? or there is somthing wrong ??

and how much will takes from the time until I lose 20 KG if I continue everyday with this simple plan ??

Please help me I REALLY need the answers :(
 
yes, i agree with the first reply, your weight loss plan should be practicable, eat enough but exercise more. you should get rid of chocolate milk, that's very high calorie, and eat more oat, oat can clean your body
here is my suggestion, you can eat almost whatever you want at breakfast and lunch, but don't eat anything after 4pm.
do not eat supper is a very effective way to lose, but it's also hard to insist
 
Thanks guys but why the chocolate milk got a lot of calories ? it's only 85

maybe I have to eat more but I'm not hungry hehehe that's why I think it's enough

for me .. I don't like food too much , I'm fat cz I don't move " Before " anyways

Well what is your total caloric intake? It doesnt sound very high to me. Your body needs a certain amount of calories just to function, if you dont meet that need your body isnt functioning properly and you are actually slowing your metabolism down greatly, which of course is counterproductive. If you are burning up to 400 calories a day with exercise and eating less than 1000 you are only harming your body and losing muscle while your body keeps the fat.

Personally, I dont see how you can eat so little, exercise, and NOT be hungry. Losing and keeping weight off, IMHO, is learning the proper balance for one's body. I tend to eat too much and not exercise enough so the reason I am overweight isnt really a mystery to me. But you can go too far in the other direction as well, not giving your body enough and setting yourself up for failure. Food isnt the enemy; it learning the right amounts that is the REAL trick. Dont be afraid to fuel your body.
 
well I need 1689.33 cal to lose 1 kilo per week I think that I'm eating less

Thanks for your comment I didn't know that will effect me ! I'm gonna eat more ;)
