I don't want to lose weight

Info:
20 years old
Female
5'4
50.5 kg (I was around 53-54)

I'm doing the squat challenge 3 times a week for 1 hr.. I'm eating healthy + drinking a protein shake almost every day (I try to get around 50-80g protein, sometimes 100g). I'm on my third week now.. and I've lost weight which is not what I was aiming for.

Me shedding 2-3 kilos, a lot of people noticed I got so skinny and my mom is arguing and is telling me to stop exercising and just go take a walk.

I don't want to stop exercising. I love it. But I don't know why I'm losing weight. My cheeks disappeared. She says I look so old now.

I'm so depressed now, I'm gonna order a pizza :( I don't know what to do.

Help.

You need to eat more calories than you burn if you want to gain weight and keep it like that to maintain your weight when you are satisfied.
I recommend that you wake up in the middle of the night and have a little snack with a protein shake.
This will help you get some calories in.

I'm pretty sure the average weight for your age and height would be 127 pounds. So probably aim for that because its easier and if you feel losing weight afterwords then go ahead. I would suggest blogilates she's a youtuber/ blogger, her website has a calender for everymonth that you can print and follow. Her workouts are awesome and her meal plans aren't that bad. She also sells her own cute workout clothes, definately check her out :)

Well am I the only one considering the peer pressure here? Yes, if you want to keep your weight and still work out then you have to eat about the same amount of calories that you burn, so go ahead and do the math on that part. Another thing is to focus on how you feel and look for yourself, not for what others think.

Keep balance - If you don't balance how much you eat with how much you exercise, that can cause issues. But don't go over-eating and especially don't go and eat fast food because you want to gain weight ... Eat healthy, and keep balance in what you eat.
Also, I recommend consuming more carbs - this will help to maintain your weight better if you're doing aerobic exercise, plus it's a vital source of energy that your energy systems in your body need for exercise.
