I dont know where to begin...

I am a 21 year old suffering from 4 hip surgerys and I want to get back into shape. It was easier when I had my first surgery back in 2006. I weight 260 pounds and lost 100 pounds within the year. But now my body as taken a toll and it is not as easy to shed the pounds. I am now yet again 230 pounds and I cant seem to lose it. My idea weight should be 150 due to having a bigger bone mass. But I dont know where to begin anymore. Nothing has worked and when you cant afford to buy the foods you should be eating it makes it all the more harder.

I understand the money thing! What I have found, however, is that if I go to the store buy $100 to $150 (that is for 2 over weight people working on loosing weight) in food for a week then it is actually cheaper than getting fast food or going out to dinner all the time. I have to really plan out my meals for the week and stick to them. I don't really buy anything particularly expensive usually (no special diet food), chicken breast on sale, some fruits and vegetables, brow rice, and some lower fat sauces to change up the flavor.

Good luck on getting started, I too have just restarted my weight loos journey and I have started to realize that it is not about fancy diets but more about what can I change to make my life healthier.
