I don't know what to do.

My gym membership has expired and I have no clue what exercises to do!
Would yoga and pilates cover all the muscles groups and cardio?
Would that make me all-over toned and such?
I'm like a freggin' tree stump so I also want to be really flexible!
What videos should I get? What exercise equipment do I need?
I'm 14 years old ( almost 15 ) and a girl ( duh ) so keep that in mind!

I do an exercise program in the am to jumpstart my day. It has taught me discipline too as I'm not into the before coffee jump start. lol I have weights and a lot of good dvds since I quit going to the gym. I had owners change on 3 different occasions. Now, I workout at home. I have a bench and free weights. I also just purchased a total gym. Since it gets so hot here I have a dvd with three 1 mile power walks on it. I love Billy Blanks Ab boot camp. Just start with 1 activity and you'll catch the bug. Also when I first started with weights I read M&F every month and learned a lot! I couldn't wait to go to the gym. Just do something.
