Shared this in my diary already, but posting here as well because I promised myself I would if I lost the weight! I started my weight loss plan on April 19 at 158lbs and had a Goal Date to reach my Goal Weight of 128 on August 2, so I needed to lose about 2lbs/week on an overall average. I used a calorie deficit plan from Healthline How Many Calories Should You Eat Per Day to Lose Weight? and ate Huel for breakfast and lunch almost every day for the last 15 weeks Spam Link Removed

Super proud of my accomplishment and looking forward to learning how to maintain my weight and continue to improve my overall fitness and strength through CrossFit!
