Snap. Even got that website up in a jiffy (I know some good design firms if you need one

). How hard did you feel the test to be?
Some of it was review for me, but some was pretty tough...
Written exam
==========
Remembering all of the muscles, processes (e.g. Olecranon process), and bones was kinda tough. Took a good bit of studying every day!
Cholesterol part was hard for me for some reason...
Working with special clients (handicapped people, adolecents, pregnant women, and elderly) was tough, because there were many places that were similar, but a few places where the training differs. Tricky...
Somatypes, hypertrophy, antagonists, concentric, etc. were all pretty well ingrained in my mind already, so these parts came easy to me.
Practicals - Blood Pressure
====================
Easy to remember, but a bit tough to do the 2mmhg per second, because of nerves!
Practicals - Body Fat
================
Fairly easy, just had to remember the sceintific names of places on the body.
Practicals - Free weights
===================
This was a breeze for me.
Practicals - Machines
================
Nearly as easy as the free weights.
Practicals - Stretching
=================
Fairly easy, mostly common sense.
The class was 2 days long (9 hours per day), the review class was ~4 hours long, and the class materials are vast! The test was ~2.5 hours for me (people took up to 4 hours). I studied every day (during my metro ride to and from work) for a month straight.
All-in-all worth every cent and minute! And, I would recommend the NSPA for any and all of you who are considering certification... John Philbin is AWESOME!
