I don't use that machine, but I'm happy for you! It's great to find a machine that works well for you!

I love the elliptical. Really gentle on your knees. Enjoy!

Yes, it's really important for something gentle on everything because my scoliosis leaves me a bit crooked and I'm achy a lot! I went for 35 minutes today and burned 300 calories on the "easy rider" mode, but it was kind of hard because it went up and down a lot and then there was a very big "hill" with a lot of resistance but then it was very fast coming down the other side. I'm going to try for 35 minutes tomorrow and try the different settings and increase to 40 minutes next week. :)

Hi,

Using your ET will definitely help get/keep the weight off (if you don't eat extra to compensate for the extra energy used!), but you HAVE to keep it up! If you find after a while that you start skipping the odd day or two, you need to get a grip right then. Hypnotherapy can help stiffen your resolve at that important stage. Of course I would say that, 'cos I am a hypnotherapist - I do believe it though, honest!

I have been going on it every day since I got it and have been doing at least two miles!
