Hello all, In the past, I have lost weight, gained weight, did not care, then cared and completed the cycle again. Now, my wife on the other hand has never really lost weight. She was a little over weight, but not a bunch. Anyway, up to date, she has lost almost 30lbs and she looks gorgeous. I am so proud of her. She has the hard part behind her. She wants to lose another 20 lbs and I have every confidence in the world she will accomplish this. Losing weight is not easy, it is not fun and it is a journey, but once you climb an invisible mountain, your journey become so much easier
