I am SICK of my diet not working!

Ultimately, it is calories in vs calories out, but I have found that when I want to get beyond a plateau, tightening up on carbs really breaks it for me. We are talking less than 80grams on non lifting days and no more than 120 or so on weight training days. Also, I have had some really good success with intermittent fasting.

I would cut out carbs during the week day which include complex and simple carbs such as fruits and vegetables and of course rices and pastas. I would stick to fats and proteins during the week day such as fish, chicken, beef and proteins, eggs cheese then on the weekend you can have your carbs.


This works every time.
