Hi there everyone! I am a 20 year old college student and i am really looking forward to teaching myself how to live a healthier lifestyle and becoming more active. I have been struggling with being overweight for quite a few years now and its about time i change that. I am 5'6'' and weigh 220 lbs (ick i know :S) my goal weight is 160 and once i get there i may be looking to lose another 10 or 20. I look forward to meeting new people on this forum and hope to get some motivation and ideas as well as share some of my own.
