I am new

Hi I am new at this I have started La weight loss and have lost 9 pounds in about a week in a half. Having problems with the concept of eatingso much because I usually eat at dinner time and on this plan they want to eat all the time. Kind of weird because i feel like I am eating more and loosing weight. So I am not complainging.
 
Just curious, what exactly do you eat? Im new and unfamilar with the LA diet. I do eat more small meals a day then i use to, becuase I have low blood sugar and it helps keep my energy in tact through out the day.

I eat about 5 meals a day it is alot more then before like almost every meal i have to eat proteins and starches which seems weird because i thought starch was the enemy lol. Also i eat their bars which sometimes help they are pretty expensive like 16.00 a box and you need 2 a week . I eat alot of vegies too which I don't mind that much because I could eat them all the time. So far went from 257 to 251 in 2 weeks so that pretty good. I broke my ankle so right now I am not doing much but the cast comes off March 6 so then I can start walking again.
