hi guys
my weights now is 302 is started to diet 6 weeks ago
my starting weight was 340 ..i am so happy with the 38 pounds i lost so far
i kind of divided my goal into 3 stages
stage one loose 40 pounds and say bye to 300
stage 2 loose another 50
stage 3 reaching my final goal (200) LB
the way i am loosing weight now is by cutting down calories and my job is kind of physical and in my days off i walk for 4 miles
i just wanted to share my story with u and if u guys have any advice i will be more than happy to hear from u
