It feels so good to find this forum.
I was born and grew up in Bangladesh. At age 18 - I had a super fir body - used to do running and everyone envied my body. then had a serious jaundice - was in bed for 2 months.
Since then I stared gaining weight and now I am 32 year old, but look like a 40 year old man. I lost weights some time with heavy workout for say six months - but went slack again and became fat again, and feel so OK.
Without clothes - I look like a pregnant woman. have very high cholesterol level as well.
Why am I here? I believe their is a better ways to loose weight, stay fit and stay at peak energy. Currently my height is 169cm and I weigh 74.3kg.
Any suggestions on on how can I reach the desired state for the rest of my life will be highly appreciated.

PS: I started running in fresh air and healthy diet for the past two weeks. lost 1.4 kg in the first 10 days, gained 500 gms back in the last 4 days as culd not run due to bad weather.
