Well, so far I am now at 272lbs as opposed to 278lbs though not very much i really hope it will continue to go down.... as I AM TRYING I REALLY AM sigh
Hey chin up...you sound defeated already. You should proudly say that you lost 6 lbs. For me that is a good weight loss but you should concentrate more on inches, like I always say. That is a truer measure for whether you are getting fitter or not.
Make sure that you have a good balance of Diet with Exercise. The Exercise should be a mix of both aerobic and anaerobic.
Thanks I have my chin up, the first one that is .....as for now i am an owner of two. Hopefully that also will shed as today i am at 270lbs (though it could be water wegiht too?)
