I Am Happy I Found This Place

Hey everyone, thanks for having me. I am excited that I found this place and hope it is very active. It seems wonderful so far. Well i am 5'5 162lbs and my goal is 140lbs. I have picked up some weight since high school and am also still carrying around about 10lbs of pregnancy weight. I plan to eat a bit healthier or smaller portions and I am hitting the gym everyday with 60 minutes of cardio and then doing some weights for toning. I don't really care about toning though, I care more about burning fat. I have been doing this for 7 days now. I was eating very good at first but Thanksgiving ruined it lol. Welp, that is all. Just trying to lose some weight. I wonder how long it will take. . . Oh one question. WHEN do I know that I am doing enough cardio? I do 20 minutes on each the stairmaster, the ellpiticial, and then walk/jog on the treadmill. I was EXHAUSTED the first three or four days but now I exercise at 6am and have enough energy to go back again . . . although I have yet to actually go twice in one day. I am thinking of picking up a spinning class or something for the evenings. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

I am a newbie too.. Welcome to the forum Breezy... I have purchased the biggest loser Cardio Max and Power Sculpt.. It's a six week program.. I did my
first day with it yesterday.. It was awesome.. I'm over weight too.. I'm 5'3 and I've also gone back up to 161. I want to get down to 127 at least..
So in a few weeks I hope it starts to show..
We start off with a 5 minute warm up and then the 20 minute cardio, and then a 5 minute cool down.. So all together it's 30 minutes..

Thanks and welcome to you too!! You want to get down to 127? Mmmm maybe my goal should be like 130-135. . . I don't know. I guess I will see how I look once I start losing. That is cool that you just started also, hopefully we will lose weight together ;)
