Hi guys, my name is Mary and I'm 19.
I've always been overweight, even when I was a little kid I was still chubby.
When I was a sophmore in highschool, I started working out and eating healthy and lost about 40 lbs. Since then, I've kind of quit working out and not eating right and now I'm starting to gain the weight back. (I've gained about 15 lbs back, bleh) BUT I'm gonna get right back on track before it all creeps back on, cause I worked too hard to just stop and undo everything I did.
Currently I'm 5'9 and weigh about 228 lbs, my goal is to get to 165 lbs. I keep telling myelf that I'm gonna lose weight but I keep putting it off, but not anymore, I'm done with that. It's time for me to get my butt into shape and feel and look I want.
I do need motivation though, I figured this is a really good place to find it
