Hey Ya'll.. I have been on and off this post so many times. LOL! It's been a couple of years since I have logged on. Well, I am back and I am still struggling with my weight. The last time I was here I was losing wieght fairly good. Then I just stopped.

MY husband is in the Army. He is stationed in Afghanistan. He will be back in JUly of this year. Thank GOD!!! Can't wait till he is home. We have two kids, My daughter is 6 years old. She will be 7 this may and my son just turned 4.

I stay at home now. I just started to volunteer with the USo here on post. When my husband left in July '08 I wieghed 190 lbs. WOW!! Now I am srtuglling with 163-168. So It's time again, to be serious and get my health issuses in order.

Hi Jelly, at least I get some consolation seeing there is someone who despite of the efforts could not succeed in achieving the targeted weight loss. Though this is nothing to rejoice of I was getting the impression reading the success stories of most people something might be seriously wrong with my health.
You have tons of experience as your post count illustrates even then you say results were not according to your plans, so where do I find myself!

Hey Chrissie12,
I know what you mean. I come on here on read everyone's posts and all thier succes. I am truly, honestly happy for them. But how do they keep that motavition. It's basically like a job. And we have to be dedicated.
All my life I have struggled with my wieght. Now I am taking it slow and doing it the right way. When My duaghter was 1years of age, My hubby joined the military. So I decided to start the wight loss and I lost about 40 pounds with in a month or so. That was because I wasnt eating and I worked alot 247.
So by me trying to lose weight the "Healthier Way" is a challenge. I love to eat and I love to work out. LOL! I belive either or as long as we work at it we will get there.
