Hi guys.. So a little bit about me. I am 24 , 5'3 and weigh 10'11 stone. I don't really care what the scales say.. It is what I see. I have big thighs and a horrible flabby belly. For years now I have been trying to lose weight but always give up. I crave sugar so much ! In the last three weeks I have been working out (mostly strength training) 30 minutes a day with two rest days. I focus on a different part of the body each day. I measured and weighed myself at the start. I have lost about 6 pounds, but my weight can go up and down 5 pounds in a day :/ But somehow I have added inches to my waist and Belly. Before I started I was eating chocolate for pretty much every meal. Now I actually eat proper food and try keep it healthy as possible, although I still have a bit of chocolate everyday. Not nearly as much as what I was eating! And I crave bread too. I just got gluten and wheat free bread today.. Is there any point to it or should I cut out all bread? Do I need to do more cardio? I am just getting so dicouraged and want to give up again!! Sorry this is so long. And thanks for your help
