I am a somewhat skinny 19 year old male with some questions

hey guys really could use some help and education and have been doing a lot of research.

I am 19 years old and weigh around 138 pounds right now, could of sworn last week I was closer to 135 than 140 but I took a break from excercising, ( I was doing 1000 calories a day on a excercise bike)

I have read tons of these threads about guys being skinny and having bellies. My whole body except my belly is fine, and some of my friends and a lot of the average charts I am reading say I really don't need to lose anymore weight. When I was 135 recently and many guys around me who are the same height and don't even have a belly are around 160-180 I am a little suprised.

they said I should really just be working on my stomach, but I know spot treatment doesn't exist, I know it takes good eating and some excercise to get rid of, I was on the right track until I took a break last week, but I can't help but think I should be doing something else?
 
How old are you?

Is it possible to post a picture? Or send me one? It could be a simple matter of posture. It could be that you're holding fluid for some reason. It could be that your expectations are flawed. It could be a lot of things.
 
How tall are you....hard to judge the weight without the height. 1000 calories on the bike is pretty aggressive so mabye you should try switching up your fitness routine to inculde some upper body muscle building. This may help balance out your look.

i am around 5 8 or 5 9,


now I am closer to 130, and my bmi is getting around underweight but I still have a little gut. I guess the only thing to do now is spot treat, and try to do some ab excercises?

losing more weight would really start putting me around an underweight area
