As stated in the question, I am a 16 year old boy, 185 lbs, 5'10". During the summer, I want to lose my flabby stomach and gain some muscles for my arms and legs and buttocks. I also plan on working out at 24 hour Fitness to use their equipment. Can someone suggest to me a good diet and exercise plan that will effectively make me lose weight and gain muscle? I am not sure what my goal weight is, but I want to lose my fat stomach and the fat on my body (on my arms, legs, thighs, buttocks) and try to replace that with some muscle (I want to be fit and look good). What is a good workout plan that I can utilize at 24 Hour Fitness and a good diet plan I can use to help my metabolism and calorie input/output? I want to look good of course, but I want to lose weight so I can feel good and can live a healthy lifestyle. Thanks!
