I don't like chlichés; I am unpunctual, chaotic and everything else then humourless. So, I don't want to look like a typical German.
But why I am here in this English-speaking board? To kill two birds with one stone. I like to exchange opinions with comrades and refresh my English incidentally.
Besides the English-speaking countries are a little bit accessory to my condition; the daintiest ice-cream: USA. All sweets with peppermint: UK. The daintiest cookies: Scotland. The best sweetening: Canada…
Since 25 days I am reducing myself. I started with these values:
Height: 1,69 m / 5'6" ft
Weight: 103.4 kg / 227.96 lb
BMI: 36.2
My first goal is 90 kg / 198.43 lb
My current weight is 97.9 kg / 215.83 lb
This is my method: only 3 meals per day. Maximal 1200 kcal per day. Fruit and vegetables to every meal. Low fat. Low sugar. High-protein food. Wholemeal products. No more diet coke but lots of mineral water.
So, lets get slim together!
