Hey im new.... Tryin to lose weight....


i weigh about 88 kilos, im 19... Pretty huge stomach


What ive been doing is eating an apple or 2 for breakfast, having a chicken/mayo/lettuce Roll for lunch and then chicken/rice/veggies type stuff for tea

I walk about 40 minutes 6 days a week

And ive signed up for the gym, going to go in an hour and a half first time!

What do you think (honestly) do i have a chance of losin it'

I think if you read the stickies here and on my forum, you'd feel much more comfortable about your plan.

I'm sure it doesn't seem like an epic helpful reply, but I assure you if you follow through with my advice, you'll be miles ahead of where you currently are in terms of understanding.

Im new here too. Saw we had a bit in common. My starting weight is also 88kg and most of that is on my stomach. My excercising is also similar to yours...
