Hi! I'm a 19-year-old college student at the University of West Florida who's trying to get her body back on track. I've always been pleasently plump because one of my favourite childhood activites was reading a book and eating a pack of saltine crackers. I gained quite a bit of weight during that period of my life that no amount of sports was able to get rid of, though I did level off and start to loose some in high school thanks to a soccer coach that I'm certain was a boot camp instuctor in a former life.
Now I'm in college, devoted to my studies, and pretty much lazy. I am taking karate classes, but since I've started college my lack of activity has made my weight shoot back up. It's leveled off again, but I want to fight my laziness and devotion to ice cream to get into a body that I can be proud to carry to the beach this summer. I'm tired of being tired and not being able to enjoy playing sports like I used to. I really want to make a change, but I'm in desperate need of a big push and strong motivation to fight the inner lazy procrastinator. And that is why I am here.

^^^ I swear college makes fat people...lol

I feel your pain on that note school has made this bunch of energy a lazy bum... I remember running and doing lots of activites and u couldn't pay me to do half those things.

Thanks so much, guys. My biggest problem has always been the motivation to actually get up and do something instead of just talking about it and putting it off. I'm hoping being connected to a network will finally get me moving!

Kina, you are totally right! lol!!
