HPA I Become.....

My name is Englan. I am 32 years old and no stranger to dieting. I've been on diets since I was a teenager. I recently started the 6WBM and I joined the forums on that sight. But no one wanted to help me and no one gave me any advice. I'm new to forums so I really didn't know what to do. It would be nice to meet other people like me, who are trying to better themselves by losing weight. I started the 6WBM on 07/10/08 and so far I've lost 14 pounds. I am looking forward to reaching my goal weight which is 45 pounds away. I hope this forum is better than the other one and hopefully I get some good advice and meet some nice people.

I have an on-going joke with one of my co-workers about when I become an HPA......that stands for a Hot Peace of Ass, in case any of you were wondering what my title meant. :)

Thanks for wishing me luck. You are doing very well yourself. I guess I'll welcome you to the HPA club. I won't stop till I get there either and it looks like we have about the same amount to lose. I hope you let me know when you get there so I can congratulate you.....thanks again

I'm about 25% there on my journey to becoming an HPA. The day I started my lifestyle change I did my measurements.

07/10/08--------------------------08/27/08
-------------------------------------------
Weight: 235******************219

Neck: 16 in*******************15 in

Chest: 47.5 in*****************45 in

Biceps: 15 in******************12.75 in

Waist: 46 in*******************41 in

Forearm: 11 in*****************10 in

Hips: 47 in********************45.5 in

Thigh: 26.5*******************25.5 in

Calf: 16.5 in******************15.5 in

I've had my moments of weakness but I'm still in the game and I'm still going strong and that's all that matters.

Oh yeah, and just so you know. I'm no longer on the 6WBM. It was a diet that could work for someone who doesn't enjoy salt on their food but I was miserable. I'm not a big salt eater but I do like my food to have some taste. I just control my portions, drink lots of water and exercise daily.

Good for keeping a track of your measurements I just starting really tracking them recently. My body fat percentage keeps going down, but my measurements are slowly going down. Good Luck on your weightloss....
