i just joined here in need of help! But please give me some info heres my info
Im 14 and im about 6"1 or somewhere around that zone.. And i sadly weigh 165 pounds i think im obese but i dont know.. The thing is im not like a HUGE FAT KID its spread out so i look very slim with clothes on but with clothes off like swimming or w/e i look so fat! So i havent swam in forever or took my shirt ect off infront of anyone im scared too.. Help?
How much should i weigh?
Any tips about the other stuff.. I'm sorry if this is wron section im new here but iwould love your help
1. (I dont eat big)
2. (Im a couch potato A BIG ONE but i do go workout for 4 days a week and do a good routine that i am sweating like i was stuck in a oven for 9 hours when i get through soo
