Hey. I'm Kay, and, obviously I'm new here.
I'm kind of young, only seventeen, but I'm determined to set a healthy lifestyle for myself from here on out, because the earlier I begin, the better the outcome.
Also, I'm 150 pounds, standing a little short at 5'6". I know I am at a, considered, "healthy" weight for my age, I'm straddling the line, where it's the highest zone of "healthy" before I reach "unhealthy." And believe me, I'm carrying this weight everywhere I shouldn't!
Anyway, I'm here to really embrace my veganism and eat more vegetables instead of vegan sweet treats, my weakness. My goal weight, idealistically, is 120 (if I can reach it). I hope I can share and learn a lot with everyone here. [=
