Hows my regime goin!?

I posted here a few months ago and since then Ive really gotten into better shape. I'm not really "thin" yet though (still a bit of chub) and I wanted to ask a few questions, now im 5'10'' 180lbs (put some muscle on). I need to lose weight on my chest, stomach, thighs, butt. I goto the YMCA 4-5 days a week for about 90 minutes. I spend about 30 minutes in the weightroom, 10 minutes jogging a mile, 30 minutes swimming laps, and 10-15 minutes in the sauna. I've been doing it for like 2 weeks and my weight hasnt changed much. Is there anything better than this that I can do? Do I really need to have a strict diet while I'm doing this? Should I change things up? Thanks a lot.
 
From my experience, modifying diet along with adding a workout routine to my life helps me lose weight. If I exercise only, it will take that much longer to lose weight. I can't eat my fast food favorites and expect to lose weight or eat heavy home cooking at every meal without healthy choies.

You might consider just making healthier choices and not make drastic changes if you're not up for a huge commitment.
