hows it going

my name is mike, and im 19.
i have always been athletic and played sports in high school.
and as a result i got in to weight lifting and really enjoy it. i also really like to bike, and have for a long time one of my hobbies is BMXing, but also like taking my mountain bike out for rids.
and about a month ago i started getting back in to running and trying to get in to much better over all shape.

so i joined hear to learn more fitness tips, and especially stretches, due to having bad joints and a back stretching really helps.

so i just wanted to stop by and say hi. :D

a little more info on me, i'm 5'8" and last time i weighted my self came in at 167lbs

here are a few pics of me, to give you a better idea of my body type. the dates on the pics are all accurate to when they were taken. i know they an not to recent but it is the best i can do without owning a camera my self.
