Well, I guess these forums or web site name changed sometime over the years!
I tried to sign up but realized my Email address was already in the system? Hmmmmm... So, once I figured out my old login/password here I am! A lot has changed!
I was a member years ago and I want to get back into participating in the fitness forums. It helps me stay motivated and it's fun to share ideas/training tips with others.
So, although I'm not a "New Member" I thought I'd say "Hi" and introduce myself ...again.
I've been involved with fitness most all of my life. Prior years as a Body Builder and also into Martial Arts has kept me in pretty good shape. I now look to get "Lean". I'm not interested in the bulk any longer. I enjoy Golf and find being bulky too hard to swing! LOL! My chest gets in the way and I lose flexibility.
My mission for the Spring is to add more Cardio, have leaner diet, and lose some bulk while at the same time keeping muscle. Yes, this is the hardest part for anyone but I need to! I'm tired of being heavy and bulky. I build muscle mass real easy so any tips on getting "lean" are welcomed.
