Howdy!

Hello, how long should I train each day to make it worth while, I mean, just say I'm lifting weights, how long should I do it for to make it worth while, some guy said some **** about, you need to do it for more than 45 minutes, and others any more than 15 minutes. What do you think? I'm going to start training again, thinking of doing: 30 minutes of Lower body and abdominals weight training, 30 minutes Upper body weight training and then 20 minutes of boxing and perhaps swimming.

Maybe 30 minutes is to much/not enough, so how long should I lift weights for?
 
Because your question is so generalized I think you would be best served reading all the sticky threads in the top of each forum section (weight loss, weight training, nutrition) and then if you have any specific questions post them.
