Hello, how long should I train each day to make it worth while, I mean, just say I'm lifting weights, how long should I do it for to make it worth while, some guy said some **** about, you need to do it for more than 45 minutes, and others any more than 15 minutes. What do you think? I'm going to start training again, thinking of doing: 30 minutes of Lower body and abdominals weight training, 30 minutes Upper body weight training and then 20 minutes of boxing and perhaps swimming.
Maybe 30 minutes is to much/not enough, so how long should I lift weights for?
