First of all I would like to say thankyou for having me, i've gathered a lot of information from these forums and have found it to be a great resource. I've never really had trouble dieting or sticking to a regime as I am always committed.

Well where to start, after a 6 month break from dieting/gym I am back!

I started off in Jan '08 at roughly 120-125KG, this is me then;



I was on my regime for just under 6 months, up until about June '08. At this point I was 105-108KG.

I didn't put on any weight during my time off, as I had learned the importance of healthy eating. I was also exercising through organized sport as opposed to gym sessions.

So this brings me up to now, January '09. It's going to be a great year for me I think, as my career is going well and I have been on my new regime for about 3 months so far.

I'm currently around 97KG, although just using gym scales late in the evenings, I don't really pay TOO much attention to them.

So this is me, now. No model by any means, but we'll get there ;)



So another few weeks i'll post a few more, just like to say Hi to everyone and i'll no doubt see you about the forum :)
