Hello everyone.... well I never was a little guy and after three back surgeries and not moving much for two years I ballooned up to 425. I lost down to about 348ish. I'm back up to 384 and it's dropping back down slowly.
It was going great till it just stopped. I tried upping and lowering the calories and no go. Basically I just wasn't moving enough. My family chipped in and got me a gym membership at one of those all night places. Now I just have to get my motivation to go. I'm working on it now by just cutting the sugar way back, upping the fruits and veggies and just moving more.
At the gym I'm planning on doing mostly cardio but I'll incorporate some light weights just to do some toning up.
