Well I am in the middle of my own weight struggle. I weight 306 and I work outside all day for my job. These two things do not mix very well so I figured its time to slim down. I have tried before and was doing good I lose 30lbs a year ago but my workout partner blew out his should and I lost motivation and gained it all back. I hope lose about 100lbs. I have changed my eating habits. I have cut out fast food, sodas and I am working on the beer. I have started working out and riding my exercise bike. So hopefully I can stick with it this time.:seeya:

Cutting the crap out of the diet is a great place to start... get rid of most of that calorically dense stuff.
