howdy everyone I am a workout enthusiast

I love to workout.I have not missed a day since February 22, 2008. Since that day, I have done at least one cardiovascular workout of sixty minutes or more everyday. So, working out everyday is my passion.

I am excited to join this forum.
 
Monday through Friday I get up at 410 am. I hit the arc trainer around 445am I do it for an hour it says I burn 1400 or so (( who knows?) I try to do some abs then I stretch. I work at a home improvement store where I bring freight to the floor. I do that til 6 pm. Then I go home eat fruit vegetables and whole grains. Hit the pillow around 945 pm. Then on weekends I work at a restaurant for 20 hours waiting on tables and bartending. I have not missed a day of doing at least one sixty minute cardio workout in the last 1110 days.

What is you work week like?
 
I am a triathlete, so I do swim and/or bike and/or run on most days, generally at least 5 days / week. A typical workout is 1 - 1.5 hours. Plus, since I have no events planned for 4 months, I have been working out with weights (2 - 3x / week) over the last few months that I will back off on as I prepare for a full Ironman in October.
 
That is very impressive. I noticed that in June you have two events planned. Will you be doing both? is there any special training that you need to do to get ready for two in such a short time frame?
