So many of us can confess, this is not our first effort in losing weight, and perhaps not the first time we've lost a few pounds.
I know that personally I want this to be the last time I go through a struggle with weight loss that is THIS large. I can handle 1 or 2lbs, not 30. So I am curious, how do you anticipate maintaining your goal weight when you reach it?
I personally intend on, having changed my habits and lifestyle. So that I'm not binging, or emotionally eating, or eating when I am bored. I intend to keep exercise a major part of my life and my family's. I also intend to weigh-in once a week, to keep myself in check. Since I think.. simliar to others that struggle with "addictions" or what not.. its going to be necessary to keep me in balance.
I would love to hear other people's methods, ideas, thoughts on this topic!!
