  1. Sleep for at least 7–8 hours a day.
  2. Try to wake up before sunrise, unless your job timings collide.
  3. Right after waking up, walk or jog or run or sprint for 20 min.
  4. Then in 5–10 mins, drink water. Start from a glass of water and improve it to at least 500 ml to 1 ltr depending on your lifestyle.
  5. Drink at least 3 liters of water per day mandatory if you are an inactive person and 4–5 liters of water per day if you have any physical activities.
  6. Avoid Junk.
  7. Avoid deep-fries.
  8. Avoid processed foods.
  9. Avoid Cool drinks.
  10. Try reducing sugar wherever possible. (E.g. Have fruit juice without adding extra sugar. In fact, fruits have natural sugars already.)
  11. Embrace physical training at least 2 times a week.
  12. Make sure the last meal & hitting the pillow has a minimum gap of 1.5 hrs or 2 hrs. Make arrangements accordingly.
  13. Eat Sprouts. Try to make sprouts the First meal of the day. You may also go for soaked nuts if you can afford it. Else Peanuts (Legumes in fact) are always there for you as an affordable option. So, you might also go for Soaked peanuts. (Note: Sprouts can be mixed with Soaked nuts or Soaked peanuts and one may, in fact, replace this for the first meal by itself.) (I mean if you are consuming less amount of Sprouts, you must also have something else as breakfast again. However, if you can go for at least 100 gm of raw seeds which would around make 200 gm of sprouts, 50 gm of raw peanuts, or other nuts such as cashews or almonds & few fruits of stomach full then you can include this itself as the 1st meal.)
  14. Make fruits as one of the meals if you can afford it. (I personally don’t feel this would be costly because 6 Bananas would cost you 15–20 Rs. which is far less than what one invests per meal.) However, if you can afford, go embrace different kinds of fruits including seasonal fruits. Start from some and reach such a stage that you are replacing fruits for a meal. Preferably replace Dinner (Last meal) with fruits. (Remember, Bananas may be avoided late in the nights.)

Why does it have to be that time, why does it have to be running, Where is your proof

This is much more than most people need, where are you getting your numbers from (proof)

Avoid Cool drinks.

This is completely opposite the water recommendation - you need to make up your mind lol

Embrace physical training at least 2 times a week.

This is not a requirement for actually loosing weight

Remember, Bananas may be avoided late in the nights.

Why ? provide the science.

Drinking more than 3 litres of water a day, (including that consumed in flavoured drinks, tea, coffee etc. is not good for you. I have been lectured about this in the past by urologists. Further, I don't believe waking up before sunrise has any benefits, particularly not here in the UK where sunrise is at 4 am in the height of the summer. Sleep deprivation is never beneficial. There is some good advice in here, but obvious, eg. avoid junk, deep fried food and eating fruit and veg containing fibre.
