I think there are many others that are dealing with this same issue right here on this forum. What is your daily caloric intake like? Are there any foods or food groups that you are completely avoiding? I find that the more restrictive you try to be, the more difficult it can be to overcome cravings and binges.
This is the million $ question, and unfortunately there seems to be no silver bullet here. We all fight it, at least to some extent.Most days I do really well in maintaining the small portions and healthy snacks through the day. Then there are other days I want to eat everything in sight and don't feel satisfied (hunger) any helpful suggestions on steering away from this desire??
I am avoiding mostly bread products. But I don't even miss the bread products. What I crave tends to be the greasy foods like McDonald's cheeseburgers or wings or pizza. I know all these I could still do healthier options and still eat them and in small portions but I feel once I get to the point of craving it I tend to over indulge.
