Im 54.2 kg, with 159cm tall ,imbalance proportion of fats pourin around my body, its so difficult for me to buy a simple pants or shorts .. I have a huge hip, excessive fats at the buttock or hips.

My activity is so limited since i don hav transport and i live in hostel for five-days-week. and i have limited choices of food.. canteen food, for instance, fried noodle..rice.. But i seldom order noodle or rice from there cuz it tasted sux.

Furthermore, i usually take up milk with kellogs, maybe sometimes wheat biscuits. But recently, my gastric is back, i don think i dare anymore take up milk as a meal since doctor said its contributive to my gastric.

Is it complicated for my case?

You don't get to pick and choose where you lose fat from on your body. Regardless of whether or not it's a complex case, the fact of the matter is simple: You need to expend more energy than you consume.

Sure, eating a healthy, balanced diet is important too for overall health and fat-to-muscle ratio.

But the bottom line is if you're going to lose fat, you must be in a caloric deficit.

Do you think ...

Do u think u can get to the point ?
I heard ur words from others too. I need a clear-cut solution. I'm like in a jungle lookin for food. How am i to create salad or whatever healthy food?

Haha, I think I got to the point.

I don't care to go into specifics or spoon feed you.

Whatever your setting and food availability is, it does not matter to me. The fact remains you need to be in a calorie deficit if you're going to lose fat. Period.

If food is scarce as you say, you shouldn't have a problem.

I understand calories deficit.

But i have been on low calories. and i m afraid i might get to have a insufficient of minerals or vitamins. This doesn't matter?
