The piece of cheese while preparing dinner can't be resist? The drawer of the desk is always equipped with biscuits? But the balance is no longer a friend as fats continue increasing because of these cravings. How to cure this case?

Do you really feel hungry?

A real hunger is manifested by physical signs: stomach that gurgles, fatigue, rotating head, cotton legs: They are due to a drop in your blood sugar.
None of this in a craving, even if sometimes you can have tight stomach. This desire to eat something is the result of a negative emotion: annoyance, delay, dispute, etc. In other words stress.

How to manage?

Are you permanently equipped? Sweets in your bag, sweet products in the office drawer, sausage in the fridge?
Start by cleaning!
If you have nothing at hand, you will have to calm down in a different way.
Breathe a good many times and drink a glass of water (no soda!), Or take a tea, a coffee, a glass of milk.
This should begin to soothe you and evacuate stress.
This will also ask you for some willpower. But you will be rewarded by seeing the numbers diminish on the scale. It's your decision!
